Please note : A restocking fee may apply. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and contact us as soon as possible. For missing or incorrect items, notify us immediately upon receipt. Supporting images or evidence may be required.

Exclusions & Exceptions

Promotional items, discount offers, gift cards, and store credit vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. This includes any free or bonus items received as part of a promotion.

Returns and refunds are also not accepted for customised, branded, or clearance items unless the product is faulty or otherwise protected under Australian Consumer Law.

In-store purchases are excluded from this Returns Policy and are subject to different conditions.

Warranty Claims

Warranty periods and coverage vary by product, as specified by the manufacturer. To confirm warranty eligibility or for help with a claim, contact us with your invoice and product details.

Important

Prior to the return of an item, Barware.com.au must approve its return. Returns that do not comply with the above conditions may be refused and the customer will be liable for all costs incurred.

  • Items being returned and quantities
  • Reason for return

Refund Processing Time

Most refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used during checkout. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

This policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Your rights under ACL are not limited by this policy.
