Dispatch and Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Melbourne, Sydney & Adelaide Metro: 1–3 business days
  • Brisbane: 3–5 business days
  • Regional Areas: 5–7 business days
  • Western Australia, Tasmania & NT: 4–7 business days
  • New Zealand: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.

Express and Same-Day Shipping

Express and same-day shipping options are available on request and may incur additional charges. Please contact our team prior to placing your order if you require urgent delivery.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from our warehouse at 63 Waterview Close, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM (excluding public holidays). You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email so you can monitor the delivery status.

International Shipping

We primarily ship within Australia. For international orders, please contact us to discuss available shipping options.
