5. User Accounts

6. Pricing & Product Information

Prices and availability of products on the Website are subject to change without notice. We strive to display accurate pricing, but in case of an error, we reserve the right to cancel any Order placed for incorrectly priced items. Product descriptions are not guaranteed to be free of inaccuracies.

7. Gift Cards

Validity Period: Barware.com.au gift cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. The expiry date is clearly stated on each card.

Usage: Gift cards can be redeemed for products available on the Website and must be used in full or in part before the expiry date. They cannot be reloaded, returned, or redeemed for cash.

Lost or Stolen Cards: Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.

8. Promotions, Vouchers & Discounts

Eligibility: Promotions, sales, and discount codes offered by Barware.com.au are available for a limited time only and are subject to specific terms outlined at the time of promotion. Unless stated otherwise, offers are valid for one use per customer and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Exclusions: Discounts do not apply to shipping fees, gift cards, clearance items, or custom orders unless explicitly stated.

Right to Modify: We reserve the right to cancel or amend promotions at any time without prior notice.

Error Correction: In the event of a pricing or promotional error, Barware.com.au reserves the right to cancel affected orders or adjust pricing accordingly.

Limitations: All percentage-based discounts are capped at a maximum value of AUD $100 unless otherwise specified.

9. Payment Methods & Terms

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, and Direct Deposit. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order, and all payments must be cleared before orders are dispatched - unless you are an approved account holder, in which case specific terms may apply.

10. Afterpay

Barware.com.au offers Afterpay as a payment option for eligible orders with a minimum spend of AUD $150. By selecting Afterpay at checkout, you agree to Afterpay’s Terms and Conditions.

Approval is subject to Afterpay’s criteria and credit checks. Repayments are made in four equal fortnightly instalments. Late payments may incur additional fees as determined by Afterpay.

Barware.com.au is not responsible for the approval, management, or disputes related to your Afterpay account.

11. Payment Security & Fraud Prevention

Barware.com.au uses secure payment gateways and encryption protocols to protect your financial information. We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order that is flagged for potential fraud or where payment details cannot be verified. Customers may be contacted to provide additional identification or payment confirmation. Any misuse of payment methods may be reported to the relevant authorities.

12. Customer Information Accuracy

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information during the checkout process, including your name, delivery address, contact details, and payment information. Barware.com.au is not liable for any delays, misdeliveries, or order issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

13. Order Processing & Dispatch

We endeavour to dispatch Orders received within 48-72 hours. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays will be shipped on the following business day where possible.

14. Shipping Policy

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of AUD $14.95 Australia-wide. Additional freight charges may apply for bulky items or deliveries to remote and regional areas - if this applies to your order, a member of our customer service team will contact you prior to dispatch.

Click & Collect is available from our Dandenong South warehouse (Monday to Friday, 9am–4pm, excluding public holidays). You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

15. Returns & Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with the item you have purchased; if your order arrives damaged; or if the incorrect item has been delivered, you can return it within 30 days (conditions apply). Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully.

16. Back Orders

While we aim to keep all products in stock, some items may occasionally be unavailable. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you via email with updated delivery details. Certain items may be made to order and could require additional lead time for production and delivery.
