Shipping Info

The following charges are a guide for Standard Rate Delivery within Australia.
  • VIC, NSW, QLD, SA metro areas $14.95
  • You will be charged for delivery on checkout, but may be contacted if shipping costs exceed our normal rates.

Shipping to New Zealand: $45.95 AUD for up to 2.5KG

If your order exceeds this weight we will email you with the added cost of shipping.
Please Note:
All stocked items will be dispatched within 1-4 business days. (Please Note: Packing/Shipping times are shown as a guide. Please allow extra time for peak seasons including Christmas/NYE)

Delivery time is as per our guide below. If there are any issues or delays with your order you will be contacted immediately.
The Standard Rate Delivery charges do not apply for glassware and for larger items, including custom bars, glass chillers, glass washers, ice machines, mobile bars, ice storage, and refrigerators. Shipping for these items is POA (price on application).

If you live in remote area, have ordered bulky items or a combination of may items we will contact you and advise the extra delivery charges.

Australia Post provides the following guidelines for the delivery of your order:
  • Melbourne Metro: 1-3 working days
  • Other NSW: 2-4 working days
  • Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney, Adelaide Metro: 2-4 working days
  • Other City and Regional Areas: 3-7 working days
Over 90% of orders shipped by Australia Post arrive within these transit times.

We also use a local courier service.

Free Shipping

From time to time we offer free shipping on particular items. Free shipping applies to only the items marked as 'Free Shipping'. If free shipping items are purchased with 'Non Free Shipping' products then the shipping charge of the 'Non Free Shipping' products will be charged to the full order. Free Shipping is only for Australian Delivery Addresses and is shipped by standard eParcel delivery. 

Express Shipping
The only delivery option available from our website is Standard Delivery. From time to time we offer Express Shipping on particular items. Express Shipping is not available for glassware or other fragile items. If your order is urgent please contact us.

Orders & Deliveries
Upon receipt of delivery all cartons/packages must be opened, inspected and checked thoroughly. Please contact us within 7 days if your order is incomplete, damaged, incorrect or if there are any other concerns about the delivery. We will endeavour to amend all errors and recitfy and issues and quickly as possible. Please provide photographic evidence via email for damaged goods to
